My name is Megan Kathan. I have a passion for technology, learning, creativity, and problem solving.
I have found my diverse background to bring value to any team I join.

I am a lifelong learner; I constantly am working to better myself and add more skills to my repertoire. I strive to be a resource of knowledge on a wide, eclectic topic range.
I especially love to dig in and learn about different technologies, notably: VMware, Linux, and NAS/SAN management that I work with in my home lab.

I naturally step into leadership positions in all aspects of life. I easily manage and organize group work and projects. I work to build a reputation of being a team player that collects and organizes resources to use while problem solving.

My college degree provides me with extensive knowledge on how to efficiently and effectively explain concepts to others. An academic and behavior strategy degree focuses on using research-based strategies to teach. This knowledge easily would transfer into training, customer service, and business analysis as it provides me with a unique insight on how others may view the content, especially if it becomes overly complicated or complex.
